Welcome to UltraClub. By joining, you become part of a community dedicated to supporting you in creating your very own Art of Life through curated experiences, privileges, and connections. This Members’ Policy sets out the terms that govern your membership.

1. Membership Eligibility & Application
   
   • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
   • Applications are subject to acceptance by UltraClub, which reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
   
   
2. Membership Fees & Renewals
   
   • Membership fees are payable upon registration and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   • Membership pioneer or promotional rates are valid for one (1) year only. Official prevailing rates will apply upon renewal.
   • Annual fees may be revised at UltraClub’s discretion.
   • Renewal reminders will be issued prior to expiry, and fees must be paid in full to maintain membership privileges.
   
   
3. Welcome Gifts
   
   • Each member is entitled to select one (1) Welcome Gift, subject to availability.
   • Welcome Gifts are strictly limited in quantity and redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • All gifts are procured from UltraClub partners, who are fully responsible for their quality, delivery, and fulfilment.
   • UltraClub does not manufacture, deliver, or warrant these gifts.•By redeeming a gift, members agree to indemnify and hold UltraClub harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities relating to the quality, safety, or delivery of Welcome Gifts.
   
   
4. Ultra Dollars Program
   • Membership includes the Ultra Dollars rewards program—designed to bring members more value.
   • Members will be credited with S$1 Ultra Dollar for every S$100 spent with UltraClub partners. Amounts under S$100 (e.g. S$99.99) do not qualify.
   • Members are required to upload a legible screenshot of the purchase receipt from the partner. Ultra Dollars will be credited upon successful verification.
   • Ultra Dollars can be used to redeem products and services at participating partners.
   • Ultra Dollars cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used as payment toward future membership fees.
   • Ultra Dollars are intended to enhance the membership experience and must be used within the applicable redemption framework.
   
   
5. Member Rewards & Privileges
   
   • Members enjoy curated perks, privileges, and experiences provided by UltraClub and its partners. These may include dining, retail, wellness, fashion, design, leisure, travel, and lifestyle offerings, as well as access to exclusive events.
   • All privileges are subject to change without prior notice, and availability may vary by partner.
   
   
6. Events, Activities & RSVP Policies
   
   • Event participation requires advance registration and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Some events may involve additional fees.
   • Cancellations or no-shows may affect eligibility for future events.
   
   
7. Code of Conduct
   
   • Members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and respect towards fellow members, partners, and staff.
   • UltraClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of misconduct or breach of this policy.
   
   
8. Indemnity
   
   • UltraClub partners provide a wide range of products, services, and experiences for members.
   • UltraClub does not manufacture, provide, or warrant these partner offerings.
   • Members acknowledge that all transactions with partners are at their own discretion and responsibility.
   • By participating, members agree to indemnify and hold UltraClub, its affiliates, directors, employees, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to partner products, services, or privileges.
   
   
9. Privacy & Data Protection
   
   • UltraClub respects your privacy.
   • Personal data will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy, for the purposes of membership administration, communications, and facilitation of privileges.
   
   
10. Suspension & Termination
    
    UltraClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of breach of this policy, non-payment of fees, or conduct deemed harmful to the reputation of UltraClub or its partners.
    
    
11. Amendments
    
    UltraClub may amend this Members’ Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via the official website, app, or email. Continued use of membership privileges constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
    
    
12. Governing Law
    
    This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
