UltraClub Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern membership in UltraClub, a membership programme operated by The Advocators & Co. Pte. Ltd. (“UltraClub”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By submitting a membership application or renewing a membership, the applicant or member agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility and membership account

1.1 Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must provide complete and accurate information when applying for membership.

1.2 Membership is personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, assigned, resold or shared unless UltraClub expressly permits otherwise in writing.

1.3 Members are responsible for keeping their contact and payment information current and for maintaining the confidentiality of their membership account.

2. Membership tiers and fees

2.1 UltraClub membership is offered across ten tiers: Explorer, Enthusiast, Aficionado, Connoisseur, Collector, Advocate, Maestro, Icon, Visionary and Patron.

2.2 Each tier is subject to the annual membership fee displayed at the time of sign-up or renewal. Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted in Singapore dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2.3 UltraClub may revise membership fees for future membership terms. Any revised fee will apply only from the member’s next renewal date, and the member will be notified in advance.

2.4 Membership begins when the application and payment have been accepted by UltraClub and continues for 12 months, unless another commencement date or membership period is stated during sign-up.

3. Payment

3.1 Membership fees must be paid using an accepted payment method. The member authorises UltraClub and its payment-service providers to process the relevant membership and renewal charges.

3.2 If a payment is declined, reversed or remains unpaid, UltraClub may suspend access to the membership and its entitlements until payment is received.

3.3 The member is responsible for any bank, card-issuer, foreign-exchange or other third-party charges associated with payment.

4. Membership entitlements

4.1 Subject to any tier-specific terms, each tier includes the entitlements of the tiers below it together with the additional entitlements stated for that tier on the UltraClub membership page at the time of sign-up or renewal.

4.2 Entitlements are available only during the applicable membership term unless UltraClub expressly states otherwise.

4.3 Certain entitlements may be subject to separate booking conditions, eligibility requirements, redemption periods, partner terms or participation requirements. These will be communicated when the entitlement is offered or activated.

4.4 Membership and its entitlements may not be used for resale, commercial exploitation or any unauthorised promotional purpose.

5. Stated values

5.1 Dollar values displayed alongside entitlements, including references such as “Value S$500”, are estimates of the ordinary or indicative retail value of the relevant product, service, placement or experience at the time the value is stated.

5.2 Stated values are provided for reference only. They do not constitute cash, stored value, a refundable balance or a transferable credit and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.3 Where an entitlement does not ordinarily have a published retail price, its stated value may be based on UltraClub’s reasonable assessment of the comparable product, service, media placement or experience.

6. Third-party costs and services

6.1 Unless expressly included, stated values and membership fees do not include costs a member may incur in attending or participating in an entitlement, including travel, accommodation, transport, insurance, meals, incidental purchases or personal expenses.

6.2 Some entitlements are provided by independent partners. UltraClub will use reasonable care in selecting and coordinating its partners but does not control their day-to-day operations.

6.3 A member’s participation in a partner-provided service may be subject to the partner’s reasonable booking, safety, eligibility and venue conditions, provided those conditions are communicated to the member.

7. Availability, booking and attendance

7.1 Events, invitations and Signature Experiences may have limited capacity and are subject to availability.

7.2 A membership entitlement does not guarantee admission to a particular event, date, session, venue, practitioner, speaker or experience unless the member has received a confirmed booking.

7.3 Places may be allocated on a first-come, first-served or curated basis, having regard to the nature, capacity and intended audience of the event or experience.

7.4 Members must comply with applicable booking deadlines, attendance requirements and cancellation policies. Where a member fails to attend a confirmed booking or cancels after the stated deadline, UltraClub may treat the entitlement as redeemed.

7.5 Unless expressly permitted, confirmed bookings and invitations may not be transferred to another person.

8. Membership renewal and non-renewal

8.1 Membership renews automatically for successive 12-month terms at the then-current fee for the member’s tier unless the member gives notice of non-renewal at least seven working days before the renewal date.

8.2 UltraClub will send a renewal reminder to the member’s registered email address before charging the renewal fee. The member remains responsible for keeping that email address current.

8.3 To stop automatic renewal, the member must email liaison@jeweluxe-international.com. Non-renewal takes effect at the end of the current membership term, and the member may continue using available entitlements until then.

8.4 “Working day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Singapore.

8.5 Stopping automatic renewal does not itself entitle the member to a refund of the current membership fee.

9. Cancellation and refunds

9.1 No time-based pro-ration. Membership value is delivered through access to and redemption of curated products, services, events, content and experiences rather than evenly over the membership term. Cancellation during a membership term therefore does not entitle the member to a refund calculated according to the unused portion of time.

9.2 Contractual cooling-off period. UltraClub allows a member to cancel within seven calendar days after initial sign-up and receive a full refund, provided no entitlement has been activated, booked, issued, published or redeemed during that period.

9.3 Once the member activates, books, receives or redeems an entitlement—including a Signature Experience, profile feature, advertorial placement or EDM feature—the cooling-off right ends and the membership fee becomes non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly provided in these Terms.

9.4 Unused entitlements do not carry cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and do not convert into a refund or credit when the membership expires or is cancelled.

9.5 If UltraClub permanently withdraws a material paid entitlement and cannot provide a reasonably comparable substitute, UltraClub may, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement entitlement, membership credit or proportionate refund. This does not apply where the member failed to book or use the entitlement within its stated availability period.

9.6 Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

10. Changes, postponement and cancellation

10.1 UltraClub may update, add, replace or retire individual entitlements where reasonably necessary because of partner availability, scheduling, operational requirements or changes to the membership programme.

10.2 UltraClub will notify affected members in advance of any material reduction to their current tier where reasonably practicable and will endeavour to provide a reasonably comparable substitute.

10.3 UltraClub and its partners may change an event’s date, time, venue, programme, speaker, host or other operational details. Where an event is cancelled, UltraClub may offer an alternative date, substitute experience or other reasonable remedy.

10.4 UltraClub may also amend promotional campaigns, referral programmes, commercial collaborations, partner participation, marketing opportunities and ecosystem benefits where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial or regulatory reasons.

10.5 Such amendments shall not constitute a breach of these Terms provided UltraClub acts reasonably and in good faith.

11. Code of conduct

11.1 Members must behave respectfully and lawfully when engaging with UltraClub, UltraCircles, partner organisations, staff, other members and guests.

11.2 Harassment, discrimination, threatening or abusive behaviour, unlawful conduct, misuse of member information, unauthorised solicitation, misrepresentation and conduct that materially harms the safety, reputation or operation of UltraClub or its community are prohibited.

11.3 UltraClub may reasonably suspend or terminate a membership for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, UltraClub will notify the member of the concern and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.

11.4 No refund will be payable where membership is terminated because of the member’s serious misconduct or material breach, except where required by law.

12. Communications

12.1 UltraClub may send members administrative communications necessary to operate the membership, including payment confirmations, renewal notices, booking information, entitlement updates and changes to these Terms.

12.2 Administrative communications are part of the membership service and are separate from optional marketing communications.

12.3 Notices will be sent to the contact details registered by the member. Members are responsible for notifying UltraClub of any changes to those details.

13. Personal data protection

13.1 Collection. The Advocators & Co. Pte. Ltd., operating as UltraClub, may collect personal data supplied by the member, including their name, email address, phone number, billing information, membership selection, bookings, participation history and communications with UltraClub.

13.2 Purposes. UltraClub may collect, use and disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to: (a) assess, process and administer membership applications, payments and renewals; (b) provide, personalise and manage membership entitlements; (c) administer bookings, events and UltraCircle activity; (d) communicate essential membership and service information; (e) manage member enquiries, feedback and disputes; (f) prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents; (g) comply with legal, regulatory, accounting and reporting obligations; and (h) send marketing communications where the member has given the relevant consent or where otherwise permitted by law.

13.3 Publicity and content use. Certain entitlements—including a Social Media Collective Profile Feature, UltraCircle Profile Feature, Thought Leadership EDM Feature or UltraLuxe Advocacy Advertorial Profile—may involve publishing the member’s name, story, photograph, voice, image or likeness through UltraClub’s app, website, social channels, editorial content or partner publications. Separate and specific consent, including the intended channels and scope of use, will be obtained when the relevant entitlement is activated.

13.4 Withdrawal of consent. A member may withdraw consent by giving reasonable notice to UltraClub’s Data Protection Officer. UltraClub will explain the likely consequences before processing the withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of collection, use or disclosure carried out before the withdrawal and may prevent UltraClub from continuing to provide affected entitlements.

13.5 Marketing preferences. Members may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time through the unsubscribe facility provided or by contacting support@jeweluxe-international.com. This will not prevent UltraClub from sending essential membership, transaction, booking or service notices.

13.6 Retention. Personal data will be retained only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to meet legal, regulatory, accounting or legitimate business requirements. Different categories of data may be subject to different retention periods. When personal data is no longer required, UltraClub will cease retaining it or remove the means by which it can be associated with the individual.

13.7 Protection and disclosure. UltraClub will make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data. It may disclose personal data to: (a) service providers supporting membership administration, payment, technology, communications and event operations; (b) partner organisations where reasonably required to provide a selected entitlement or confirmed booking; (c) professional advisers, insurers, auditors and regulators; or (d) public authorities or other parties where required or permitted by law. UltraClub will require service providers handling personal data on its behalf to apply appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.

13.8 Access and correction. Subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions, members may request access to or correction of personal data held by UltraClub.

13.9 Overseas transfers. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, UltraClub will take appropriate steps to ensure that the transferred data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

13.10 Data Protection Officer. Requests, withdrawals of consent and questions concerning personal data may be directed to UltraClub’s Data Protection Officer at liaison@jeweluxe-international.com.

14. Intellectual property

14.1 UltraClub’s name, branding, platform, programme materials, editorial content, photographs and other materials remain the property of UltraClub or their respective rights holders.

14.2 Membership does not grant the member permission to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or modify such materials except for personal use or with prior written permission.

14.3 Nothing in this clause transfers ownership of content originally supplied by a member. Any rights required for an agreed profile, feature or publication will be addressed in the separate consent obtained under clause 13.3.

15. Liability

15.1 To the extent permitted by law, UltraClub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity or losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

15.2 UltraClub does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15.3 Members remain responsible for assessing whether an event, activity, service or experience is suitable for them and for informing the relevant provider of applicable accessibility, dietary, allergy, health or safety requirements.

16. Events beyond reasonable control

16.1 UltraClub will not be responsible for delay, change or failure to provide an entitlement caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, public-health restrictions, government action, venue closure, transport disruption, labour disruption, supplier failure or the unavailability of a key partner, speaker or provider. UltraClub will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative where practicable.

17. Changes to these Terms

17.1 UltraClub may amend these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, operational or programme changes.

17.2 Material changes affecting a current membership term will be communicated in advance and will not be applied retrospectively in a manner that materially disadvantages the member, except where required by law.

18. General provisions

18.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

18.2 A delay or failure by UltraClub to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

18.3 These Terms, together with the membership information and any tier-specific conditions presented at sign-up, form the agreement between UltraClub and the member concerning the membership.

19. Referral & Revenue Sharing Programme

19.1 Members who successfully referred new members or take up of ticked events through approved UltraLuxe channels will receive 10% of membership and event fee. All referrals are subject to verification, attribution, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks and programme rules.

19.2 Applicable only to Advocate, Icon and Visionary members who agree to contribute 10% of sales of product or services on-site at event or experience and/or after to UltraLuxe Global Pte Ltd.

19.3 UltraLuxe Global Pte. Ltd. may amend Referral & Revenue Sharing Programme terms upon reasonable notice.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The member and UltraClub submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
