The Haute Room Residency brings three celebrated Singapore restaurants into the festival's dedicated dining space — each taking a two-day tenure to present a bespoke menu conceived for Re:Genesis.

For the Haute Room Residency, Crystal Jade presents a bespoke menu that draws on the depth of its Cantonese heritage, conceived as an exploration of renewal and restoration through the philosophy of Chinese culinary tradition.
