Dr Audrey Looi

Dr Audrey Looi, Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon, transformed her medical expertise into advocacy by co-founding iC2 Prephouse, a resource centre for children with visual impairment. Motivated by her son’s diagnosis of retinal dystrophy, she created structured programmes that allow children to pursue education in mainstream schools and live independently. As Board Adviser, she continues to expand initiatives such as awareness of Cerebral Visual Impairment and orientation and mobility training. Audrey’s dual roles in medicine and charity demonstrate how professional excellence and personal conviction can intersect to uplift families and empower a vulnerable community.
