JeweLuxe Exhibition Visit Pre-registration

    By completing and submitting this registration form and entering the exhibition, I acknowledge and consent to the following:

    1. Collection of Personal Data – The Organizer may collect your personal data, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and any photographs, audio, or video recordings of you taken during the event.

    2. Purpose of Collection, Use, and Disclosure – Your personal data may be used and/or disclosed for purposes including:

      • Managing and administering the exhibition and related activities

      • Facilitating your participation in event activities

      • Publicity, marketing, and promotional purposes (including print, digital, and social media)

      • Safety, security, and incident management

      • Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements

    3. Photography and Recording – This exhibition and its events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and/or voice in any media, without compensation, for the purposes stated above.

    4. Protection of Data – The Organizer will take reasonable steps to safeguard your personal data in accordance with the PDPA.

    I understand that my personal data may be shared with the organiser’s partners, service providers, and relevant authorities for the purposes stated above, and will be protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
